The things that go wrong most often.
My invitation link says it has expired.
They are single-use and short-lived on purpose. Ask for another — there is no limit on how many you can be sent, and the old one stops working the moment a new one is issued.
Generation failed and I do not know why.
Open Settings and check the readiness panel. It reports whether LibreOffice, the PDF extractors and an AI provider key are all present. A failed verification gate is different: that one tells you which of the ten checks failed and why, and it is doing its job.
The extension says it cannot read the posting.
It only reads the tab you are on, and only when you click to review it. If the page is behind a login or renders its content late, give it a moment and click review again. Failing that, copy the description and paste it into a new application directly.
A dropdown was filled with text that does not match the options.
It should not be. The extension reads the real options out of the component and picks from that list. If you see free text where a choice belongs, that is a bug worth reporting — include the site and the question wording.
Where are my documents stored?
In Postgres, on the one server this runs on. The only thing that ever leaves it is the text sent to the AI provider to draft with. Nothing is replicated anywhere else and nothing trains anything.
Can I run it myself?
Yes. The whole stack is five containers and a compose file, and it wants about 2 GB of memory. Ask and you will be pointed at the deployment guide.
