One posting in, one application out

Everything this role asks for, assembled.

Paste a job posting. Dossier reads what it wants, tailors your resume to it, writes a letter that names the actual role, fills the form, and drafts an answer to every screening question in your own words — then reads the finished PDFs back with five extractors to prove a parser can still make sense of them.

You review all of it. Nothing is submitted for you.

The verification gate

Rendering is not evidence of extraction.

A PDF that looks right on screen tells you nothing about what a parser reads out of it. So the finished file is read back with five independent extractors and compared against the text it was supposed to contain.

Ten checks. No warn-and-continue: a failure blocks release and tells you which one and why.

How it works

A posting goes in. Four things happen.

  1. 01

    It reads the posting

A URL or the raw text. Out comes the company, the title, the location, the requirements and the questions it will ask — and it tells you what it could not find rather than inventing it.

  2. 02

    It writes both documents

Not from a template. Your own DOCX is edited in place at the OOXML level, so your spacing, your fonts and your layout survive exactly. The letter names the actual role and the actual company.

  3. 03

It fills the form and answers the questions

The extension reads the fields on the page, picks real options out of real dropdowns, and drafts every screening answer from your resume, your letter and your saved answers. You review each one, edit it, or ask for another.

  4. 04

    The gate reads it back

The finished PDFs go through five extractors and ten checks. Disagreement between parsers is itself a failure — if they cannot agree on what the page says, neither can an ATS.

Reads the page you are on
Six ATS platforms have their own adapter — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Workday. Everything else falls back to reading the form itself.
Answers in your own words
Drafts come from your resume, your letter and your answer bank. Nothing is invented: an unsupported question comes back empty rather than plausible.
Knows a dropdown from a text box
It reads the real options out of the component, so a select gets a choice from its own list instead of free text that will not match.
You submit, not it
Every field is filled for review. You edit, regenerate with a hint, or overrule it. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf.
